See it, Pin it , Do it - June.

For this month's SIPIDI, based over at Fionas I went back to my Pinterest food board looking for inspiration for a summer lunch dish to cook for friends.I'd pinned a few tart recipes a while back, so that it was about time I tried one.
I cooked a puff pastry tart filled with red onion, goats cheese, tomatoes & thyme.
It was really easy to make & tasty with a dressed salad & just the right amount for a lunch time get together.
The Ladies enjoyed it too. Next time I'd probably add panchetta but I was cooking for a vegetarian this time.
Hop on over to Fionas to see what other Pins are being tried :)

  1. That looks delicious Sheena. It would suit me just fine without any meat, but perhaps not the rest of the family. My husband pointed out last night that we'd had veggie meals *two* nights in a row! I'll add you to the board right now. Thanks for joining in again this month. Enjoy your weekend x
