Saturday found me enjoying a crochet course with a friend & Sunday found us having a day trip to the seaside, Weston-Super-Mare, with typical British seaside weather! to visit Dismaland, Banksy's Bemusement Park. Well worth a visit x

Bank Holiday Monday finds me listening to the rain whilst enjoying a relaxed start to the day x

Mood Board Challenge.

When I saw this month's mood board from Jot I knew I had to use it to scrap more of my Brothers wedding photos as their bridesmaids wore a beautiful shade of blue.

In fact as the layout evolved I ended up swapping to a black & white photo! but the thought was there!!

 The background paper is a really old one from Creative Imaginations & a devil to photograph too!

The doily is cut on my silhouette along with the title which is a file from The Cut Shoppe.

This little 'silver' sixpence was table confetti we had made for the bride & groom with their names on so had to feature on my page somewhere.

I really enjoyed making this page.

Me on a Monday ?!

It's going to be a total shock to my system when the children do go back to school. My concept of day & time is totally shot!! So here is my Me on Monday on a tuesday again :D

Our weekend was spent with the lads playing golf, me attending a lovely 50th wedding anniversary garden party, dodging the rain, eating copious amounts of my birthday cakes & helping youngest Son pack for D of E expedition.

Monday sees me at the school shop, now to name it all...

We have had a lovely weekend which included a visit to Coughton Count NT House & gardens, some mega ironing catch up & an invitation to an impromptu barbecue with a few cheeky glasses of wine :)

Today finds us having some emergency orthodontic treatment for a broken brace.

Colour combo scrapping x

I thought I'd share this page with you today that I made earlier in the year using a less than perfect iphone selfie of us both taken at a party.Its the only photo I have from the night so worth scrapping for that reason alone x I was inspired by a page I saw on pinterest that used a vellum die cut so I thought I'd give it a try.

 The die cut is from the Cut Shoppe. The papers & embellishments were chosen especially for their colours as I love this grey, teal & yellow combo, so they come from a wide range of collections both new & old.

We had a crazy weekend which started in sunny Bristol on Saturday, walking on the Clifton Suspension bridge & finishing our hunt for all the Shauns, followed by dinner with long time friends when back home. Sunday started with goodbyes to old friends before heading off to meet some new friends for a Jamboree lunch.

Monday finds me stocking up the fridge & getting some treats ready for our weary explorer children to return tomorrow.

I really must pay better attention to what day of the week it is but the summer holidays make it so hard to do. Anyway I'm joining in with this meme from Sian albeit a day late.

This Saturday found me at Moxley crop, helping Dan sort a flat & watching the latest Mission Impossible movie.Sunday had us up early at our local car boot purchasing supplies for a future art project before meeting the newest family member, Tilly, my SIL's new horse x

Monday found us enjoying a little history at Kenilworth Castle ruins.
