Carrying on to Cairns...

We flew up to Cairns...


especially for Paul to tick the Barrier Reef off his bucket list.


He has always wanted to go & snorkel there & it truely lived up to his expectations.


We went out to the Outer Reef & went on their submersible boat.


We went to Kuranda via their train & cable car.


I got to drive our hire car, my first automatic in years !


We went to the Low Isles Reef & snorkeled with turtles in the wild.


I was really pleased with how well I did as I'm usually not keen to be in the sea!


We had a chilled day at Palm Cove enjoying the warmth & the waves.


Out to Mossman Gorge to learn more from Australia's Indiginous people.
