R is for ripped apart ?!

This was the brief for the Scrapology design team this month along with a sketch based on a Lo by Morag Cutts.
This the Lo I made...
Life is better with friends.

I would never have met these 2 Ladies if I didn't scrapbook & now I can't imagine my life without them :D Photo by Anna Bowkis.
Mastering the ripped look did take a bit of time & patience but I love the finished effect. The papers are mainly from Echo Park with a few extra bits & pieces mixed in.
The large view finder wheel was cut using my Silhouette & the camera paper clip was purchased in Australia.
Hop on over to the Scrapology blog for loads  more inspiration & the image of the sketch we used x

45 & ...

Here is a page I made a couple of weeks ago using ScrapaGoGo's March kit " Freedom of Speech" I really love the red, navy & kraft colour combo.
The title & the journalling were inspired by the ampersands in the kit giving me a chance to document a few things about me and my life right now.The photo was taken by Cheryl Johnson :)
I used the speech bubble stickers, their outline & I drew around 2 stickers & made masks to ink the cardstock to create my own background.
The fabric in the kit I used to make a yo yo to hold my title.

The page was finished with hybrid elements, bespoke card, Maya Rd kraft girls & my typed journalling.
