Every month I've planned to cook a new recipe or 2 & for some reason I tend to pick sweet ones & October was no exception. As Hubby Paul celebrated his birthday during the month I thought I would turn my hand to his favourite pud - profiteroles - we even had them at our wedding breakfast many moons ago!
I used a Mary Berry recipe I found on line.They were surprisingly easy to make & so very tasty that I've had to promice I will make them again very soon.
Now to find a recipe to try in November... any ideas ? x
